Freshwater Fishes of the Sydney Region.ANGFA NSW has produced a poster on the "Freshwater Fishes of the Sydney Region". This poster covers the fishes found in the freshwater systems of the greater Sydney area. A copy of the poster is provided to ANGFA NSW members, and copies have been made available for aquarium shops & organisations that have an interest in promoting native fish.
Additional copies of the poster can be obtained by contacting the ANGFA NSW treasurer. A charge of $2 per poster may be levied to help to cover the production & shipping costs.
As well as the native fishes, some of the introduced / pest fish are also covered. The back of the poster contains guidelines for setting up a native fish pond. A PDF (532kB) of the poster is also available. |
